Road Tests
How many driving lessons do I need before the road test?
The first lesson allows the instructor to meet with the student and assess their skills. At the conclusion of the first lesson, the instructor will make a recommendation on the appropriate course package or the number of lessons the student will be required to complete in preparation for their road test.
Every student learns and processes information at their own pace. The goal isn't simply to "pass the test" - the goal is for every parent to trust that they can hand their child the car keys knowing they're truly ready and for the student to confidently handle every drive with safety and poise.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Lessons and packages are non-refundable once purchased.
Pre-paid packages must be completed within any applicable validity period and are non-transferable and non-refundable in part.
Driving Lessons
Can I change the day or time of my lessons?
Yes. We would be happy to make any scheduling changes, provided the schedule permits them.
What happens if I cancel a lesson less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time?
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, the full cost of the lesson will be charged to your account. Additional lessons cannot be booked until payment is rendered.
Are lessons recorded?
Yes. All lessons and interactions are recorded for insurance, liability, and safety purposes.
Can I drive wearing flip-flops?
No. Attending a lesson without the appropriate attire, including flip-flops, is not permitted. Students must wear closed-toe, properly laced and secured footwear to prevent slipping or compromising their ability to handle control of the pedals, thus putting the safety of the student, instructor, and other passing vehicles at risk.
Can a friend accompany me to a driving lesson?
No, passengers are not permitted to join as this may be distracting and can interfere with the learning process.
Are parents permitted to join a driving lesson?
It is not recommended that parents accompany their children, as their presence may add to the student's stress during the lesson. This can be distracting and may interfere with the learning process.
Are students picked up and dropped off for their lesson?
Yes, we offer home or school pick-up/drop-off options, which can be discussed and arranged for at the time of booking.
